TL Revenue
TouchLeague offers a number of ways to enhance your revenue streams.
- Game State Ads - As game states are delivered to players, we ask that you display an ad either at the top of the page or in a pop up that fades to the top of your application. When user click on these ads a web page should open to the specified page. Revenue from these clicks are shared between TouchLeague and you.
- Play Ad Free - Players have the option to pay a fee to remove ads from their application. This fee is split between the developers and TouchLeague.
- Custom Leagues - Custom Leagues of up to 5 teams are free. For larger Leagues a fee is charged to the league organizer. This fee is split between the developer and TouchLeague.
TL Connect
TouchLeague aims to integrate your game with a number of existing social networks.
- Invitations - Players can easily invite others to join them in playing your game. We handle the communication protocols and direct the potential players to your iPhone App, Web Game, or destination of your choice.
- Twitter Integration - Players can connect their TouchLeague.com Account to their Twitter account. This allows for status updates on Facebook and Text Messages on mobile phones. Players can elect to tweet any combination of private messages, wins, losses, new games, and invitations. This helps news of your game spread through the Twitterverse quickly.
- Social Network Integration - Players can invite friends in their social networks directly from your game with the touch of a button. (coming soon!)
TL GameState
TouchLeague can handle the storing of game state to enable asynchronous multi-player gaming. That is a fancy way of saying players don't need to be playing at the same time to compete with each other.
- Game States - When a player is finished playing a turn you can upload the game state to our servers where it will reside until their opponent logs on to play their turn. This is kind of like how Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson use to play chess by sending letters back and forth containing moves. Only cooler. And Faster.
- Player States - Many times you'd like to make information about your players avaible to other other players. PlayerState will allow you to implement things like player inventories and player achievements that are available to the entire network.(coming soon!)
TL World
TouchLeague adds a persistent layer to your game. Game matches affect the world in a lasting and permanent way. This adds replayability to your game and keeps players coming back for more.
- Ladders - As players win and lose matches against their friends they move up and down competitive ladder. This ladder establishes their rank in the game and helps qualify them for competitive leagues.
- Leagues - Players can participate in and create Leagues. We track the standings and take care of seeding. Our leagues are designed to keep matches competitive and always give the players something to be playing for.
- Conferences - Conferences allow players to organize their teams with other like minded or geographical teams. Teams in conferences compete against each other, but also form a bond and seek to establish dominance over other conferences. (coming soon!)
TL bChatty
TouchLeague's bChatty is a simple chat tool use to allow our players to establish community, plan matches, and interact at a level beyond the game.
- The Latest Chatty - We create a space for you players to chat about what ever is on their mind. This helps build community.
- Conversations - Conversations can be attached to individual matches, division, or leagues. These chats are topic based.
- Notes - When playing asynchronous games, players will sometimes want to make notes to them selves about the strategy they are implementing or weaknesses they see in their opponents. Notes allows them to refresh their memory if it is a long time between turns.
- Moderation - With conversation comes the need for moderation. We provide a moderation tool to make sure that your users adhere to your prescribed level of decency and friendliness. (coming soon!)
TL Stats
TouchLeague can help you track and agregate stats on the performance of your players.
- Records - Keep track of the wins and losses of your players.
- Deep Stats - Report game events to TouchLeague.com and we will aggregate and store them. (coming soon!)
- Reports - Our system will present the stats we have to the players in the manner that you dictate. (coming soon!)
